Refund policy
In case of any issue in product, We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know regarding return inspection. Once approved, you'll be refunded online on your preferred bank or e-wallet. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card compony to process and post the refund too.
Process of Return:
- In case you did not like the product, you can still return within 7 days of receiving, however shipping & return charges will be borne by customer.
- Once you ship back product back to us on our given address, please make sure that product is properly packed, so it should not be damaged during transit.
- Once packaged is received at our warehouse, our team will initiate process by checking returned product to make sure its as it is As it was sent
- Once your return is approved, it will take 2-4 working days to process your refund
- Your refund amount after deducting shipping charges (& return charges if any) will be transferred online to your shared bank account.
- Our team will stay connected during this process and will keep you updated with the process.
In case, return reason is "change of mind" or "Didnot Like" or any similar reason where there is no defection of product is involved, then shipping charges to deliver package to customer & shipping charges for return both will be bear by customer/consignee. Company only bear shipping charges of single/both sides if item is defective, damage or different item is sent mistakenly.
Note: Payments are not refunded before getting back parcel returns.
